This work-in-progress site, is the fruit of my own longings to write for my own enjoyment, about subject matter that I’m passionate about.
Pursuing Otium Sanctum, is my own journey to discover holy leisure in life. It’s about finding balance in life, the ability to be at peace throughout the activities of the day, an ability to rest and take time to enjoy beauty, an ability to pace ourselves, and find grace in the everyday.
And just as in life, and the pursuit of holy leisure, I’ve learned to enjoy the process of discovering my own brand, and my own voice and vibe on my own digital platform.
This process has included:
Content development (you have to know what you want to say, and have enough to say about it to develop a blog and eventually book and course material around that subject).
Brand identity (this includes colors, logo, professional pictures)
Lead magnets
Email marketing and list building
Copywriting (writing about yourself is hardest of all!)
