KITCHENS BY CRAIG

Craig, like many of the entrepreneurs we work with, was at the point where his business had changed, and his website needed to change with him. With over 50 years of experience with custom cabinetry, Craig had already carved out a nice little niche of loyal customers. But now, his business model had changed, and he was now selling a new line of factory direct cabinets. This rebrand needed to reflect this new chapter in his life and business, but continue to instill the trust his earned over the last half-century.

FRUSTRATIONS/CHALLENGES:

Craig wanted his new site to reflect his new business. As a result, he didn’t need a custom site, but he needed to do small degrees of online management himself. Craig wanted to be able to give input on the direction of the site but wanted to be able to trust the results to us.

WHAT WE DID:

In the world of templated websites, there are more options than anyone could possible ever research. Therefore, we scoured the internet to find 3 options for Craig to choose from, based on what he told us he wanted his site to do. We also worked with him to come up with the copywriting, WordPress template implementation and customization, and we coordinated hosting.

RESULTS:

Craig’s new site is very professional, visually appealing, and is customized for his new business. The simple navigation and customized copy help visitors trust Craig with their cabinet designs. Craig has been given the keys, so to speak, and now knows how to do the site management that he desires. He’s thrilled with the results.
